遇到錯誤、操作不順，或想提出建議，都可以在這裡回報。Android 與 iOS 使用者皆可使用，不必先加入測試群組。

表單由 Google Forms 提供。因為包含圖片上傳欄位，填寫表單需要登入 Google 帳號，但截圖與聯絡方式皆可不填；同一個人可以多次回報不同問題。
若上傳檔案並提交，Google 會一併記錄與帳號相關聯的姓名、電子郵件地址及相片。若不希望提供這些附件相關帳號資訊，可不附圖，或改用下方 Email。
請準備：
- App 平台、版本與 Build Number；找不到時可填「不確定」。
- 手機型號與 Android／iOS 版本。
- 如何重現問題的操作步驟。
- 你預期會發生什麼，以及實際發生什麼、畫面上的錯誤文字。
- 選填：發生時間、聯絡 Email 或測試者代號、遮蔽後截圖。
截圖最多 1 張、每張 10 MB，僅接受圖片。送出後，Google 表單會顯示「嚮家已收到你的問題回報」的確認訊息。

將以上資訊寫在信內，並自行附上遮蔽後的截圖即可。如果裝置未設定郵件 App，也可以複製信箱至你平常使用的郵件服務寄出。
資料如何使用
- 回報內容與附件僅供嚮家開發者重現、處理問題及必要追問，不公開給其他測試者；表單回覆摘要不公開。
- 表單文字與附件存於開發者使用的 Google Forms／Google Drive；Google 依其服務條款及隱私政策提供服務。
- 聯絡方式選填；未留下聯絡方式或只有無法識別的代號時，可能無法個別追問或回覆。
- 請勿提供密碼、驗證碼、商店憑證、完整 ZIP 備份，或與問題無關的家庭／寶寶資料。截圖先遮住姓名、帳號、照片與私人內容。
- 遇到問題請先保留畫面與原資料，暫勿為了解決問題而卸載 App 或清除資料。
- 如需刪除已提交的回報，請寄信聯絡並提供回報時間與內容摘要，以便核對。

Report a bug or share feedback
Android and iOS users can report bugs or usability issues without joining a testing group.
The form uses Traditional Chinese field labels. Include the app platform/version/build, phone model and OS, steps to reproduce, expected behavior and actual behavior or error text. The event time, contact email or tester code, and screenshot are optional. If a version is unknown, enter “Unknown”.
Because the form includes file uploads, Google requires sign-in to complete it. You may submit more than one report. Screenshots are optional and limited to one image of up to 10 MB. After submission, the confirmation says that Homia has received your report.
When you upload a file and submit, Google also records the name, email address and photo associated with your Google Account. You can omit the screenshot or use email instead.
Prefer email or cannot sign in? Email valkytie@gmail.com with the same details and a redacted screenshot. Responses and attachments are stored in the developer's Google Forms/Drive for troubleshooting and follow-up; response summaries are not public. Do not include passwords, verification codes, store credentials, unrestricted backups, or unrelated family data. To request removal of a report, email its approximate submission time and a short description.
